Preparing your ProBit Taxes
Crypto Tax Calculator allows you to calculate your taxes arising from any trading activity on ProBit. You can import your trading data via API keys. You can then easily calculate your financial year's short and long-term gains using various in-app inventory methods.
Import via API Keys

Log into your Probit account

On the top right of the navbar hover over 'My Page' and click on 'API Management' from the dropdown (https://www.probit.com/en-us/user-center/api-management/api-credential)

Make sure the 'API Management' tab is highlighted, and enter 'Crypto Tax Calculator' as the 'API Key Label' and click 'Create new key'

You will be prompted to provide some additional authentication

Copy/save the 'Client ID' and 'Clients Secret Key' somewhere secure

Once authenticated you MUST edit the API key permissions - click on the 'Edit' button and then uncheck the 'Trading' checkbox and then click 'Edit Complete'

IMPORTANT: Make sure the only checkbox that is checked is 'Read(Default)'

Enter the 'Client ID' as the API Key and 'Clients Secret Key' as the Secret here into Crypto Tax Calculator

That's it, using API keys you can upload your transactions from ProBit to calculate your taxes using Crypto Tax Calculator. If you find that you are missing some transactions you can upload these transactions manually using our Simple or Advanced manual CSV import.
